We have a 30-day refund policy on all our products
To be eligible for a exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. it is crucial that you keep the shipping label of the original package upon requesting a return/replacement/refund!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All damaged items, wrongly sent items, or defective items will accepted for a return for a refund or replacement within 30 days after receiving the item (in order to start return process, you must provide a photo of a defective item).
When the item reaches us, it gets scanned and processed with warehouse if then we will issue a refund/replacement
We do not issue a free return if:
- your order does arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, Ordering the Wrong Color or Size)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery as a result of our fault, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense.
Return Processing Time:
- Returns typically take 3-4 weeks to receive and process.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, or replacement, or issue a gift certificate, depending on your desired refund method.
You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the delivery. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
